The pillow was well packaged and packed by the seller. It came with a surprise item - a deodoriser & fragrance packet. Full points.The pillow & its cover is made of quality material. It is soft and comfortable and a pleasure to use. It provides the required element of support for the neck & back.The foam appears to be of good quality & I hope it will be lasting.Just 2 points:The bottle for extra foam shown in the ad was replaced by a bag. This may not be efficient at keeping out dust.As I am asthmatic, I use a higher pillow & would have preferred a little more filling to keep the pillow more elevated.I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to buy a quality pillow.

I love this product. I needed pillow that wasn’t too high as my neck hurts on high ones and the flexibility of adjusting the size on this to suit your needs is a BIG PLUS point. Great packaging too.

Nice product and outer material was good but Less quantity of memory foam fillers was the main reason to give it 2 stars.Low rise pillow,and comfort level was not satisfactory as they (cuddl)say "it is an orthopadic pillow."

No softness zero comfort, came extremely flat. No support.
