Attention: 1.Make sure that your camera is connected to a 2.4GHz network, not a 5GHz network. 2.Keep the doorbell in range of the router. Thick or insulated doors can greatly reduce strength of your wifi signal even if your router is close by. 3.Please charge the device when receiving it. Low power will influence the functions such as setup failure or delaying of pushing notifications to your phone. 4.Before using for the first time, please fully charge the battery, about 4 hours, you can check the charging status through APP. 5.In order to ensure that each of your functions is working properly, you can adjust the sensitivity of each function through the APP. 6.Don't mute your phone. The doorbell is connected to the app through the sound wave. 7.The video doorbell is only compatible with our wireless chime, not compatible with traditional doorbell chimes.8. If the connecting is not successful,please press the "RESET" button on the back of the doorbell for 8-12 seconds, and then press the doorbell button , try again.9.Any setup details, please refers to the user manual. Not Good For Me
This camera did not work for me. I mounted it up outside the front door. The picture quality is great. I just couldn't figure out why this camera would send me alerts every time the wind blew the leaves on the tree, but did not send an alert when the amazon guy delivered a package to my front door. I sent it back.

Would be great if it actually worked
I still don't know if it works since it apparently doesn't hold a charge. Set up was fine and everything seemed good but then I installed it on my door and nothing happened. I got home that day to find 4 packages had been delivered to my door and not a single thing had been detected by the door bell. So I took it down and plugged it in...it was apparently dead already. Plugged it in and fully charged it that night. Hung it back up and it was dead again by morning. Piece of crap and waste of my time and money.

Great product for the price
I love my door bell for the price it does everything that I would love for it to do I can talk through it when Iām not home and I also get notifications to let me know when someone press the bell and motion

This is an awesome product. It has a night vision, pictures are clear, easy to set up and can be accessed through my phone plus I can speak to someone who ring the doorbell. I am just so happy and so satisfied with this product. It's worth the price. I will really recomment this to someone who is looking for a doorbell with camera its cheap but do really amazing job.

Don't expect much at this price.
I'm using this inside for the camera only in a front window, not as the doorbell. The motion detection sensitivity setting is useless for notifications! Choices are: closed (whatever that means!) low, middle and high. Closed, low and middle give no motion notifications at all, and high gives constant useless false alarms! When I play back the recordings from false alarms, there's nothing in the camera to show what triggered the motion detector! I've tried all kinds of variations in settings, and I'm disgusted with it. Tested it myself right in front of the camera and got NO notifications. The instructions for settings are few and vague, and the help function is useless. I guess I got what I paid for. As for using strictly as a camera if you don't have to rely on a notification, it's okay and easy to view from a phone, even has a slight zoom function. (Since it's sitting in a window, the reflection won't let me try the night vision.) I may have it installed eventually outside as a doorbell, but that'll have to wait on my budget. Living in the country, I don't expect robbers to ring the bell before entering! I want this system for security, especially when away from the house. As it is, I wouldn't trust it!

Get one or two
Not bad over all. Better than I thought it would be for the price. Yeah people are right, notifications aren't perfect, but people have to understand alot of that stems from your phone, cell service, and internet connection.. also, think they are forgeting that this thing is 40 bucks.. so there's that...

Fantastic Video Doorbell
This video doorbell is awesome at half the price of a ring. 1st off the setup was super simple.. Just download the tosee app (not the tosee plus app) reset the camera and follow the 3 simple steps.. The video quality is amazing! I can see every fine detail of what ever is in front of the camera. The night vision is incredible! The rechargeable battery last about 3 months with a full charge and in my photo i posted i have the video doorbell setup outside my driveway by our security gate. At a range of about 300ft from our wifi router this camera does a great job.. . Note our wifi router is very powerful but you can always add a wifi range extender to help. The sound is great and the doorbell cam speaker is also loud as long as you remember to up the volume from within the app..

Batteries won't hold a charge.
Could not get the batteries to hold a charge. Plugged it in for 16 hours and set it up with app. Within six hours batteries were already dead. Charged another 12 hours and dead again in few hours. Contacted seller and said would send replacement. Will update review when I receive it.Update. Received new batteries from seller and now it is working good. Pretty good camera for price. Fairly easy to set up and picture quality pretty good. Would recommend it to a friend.
