Bought it to replace my old beach Towl
I bought it to replace my beach Towl I had years, it’s water resistant I liked it. Now I have to say this my dogs love it. First time once I received the product I tried it in my back yard , my two dogs jumped onto it and won’t go anywhere. One of my dog even not allow me to fold it back. It’s light weight, sure one beach Towl is not heavy at all, but it’s alway better for lighter. Other good thing is it can fold as a bag with a handle , so easy to carry it .

Would not recommend buying this. Not well made and not comfortable.
I have used this a total of 3 times and the flap with the handle has already ripped, causing the entire seam on that side to come apart. Not high quality at all.Also, the description of this item says there's a padded layer so I was expecting it to be at least somewhat soft. There absolutely isn't any padding. This is essentially a pretty tarp (though slightly more attractive than what you can get at a camping store). It's not comfortable to use at all. I guess it might be useful under a blanket on a wet ground (though the material doesn't feel super water resistant so I can't even say that would work for sure). But that would defeat the entire purpose.Overall very dissatisfied with this purchase.

Good blanket, waterproof, stitching could use work
Works great, keeps spills up, I use it in the living room sometimes to have “picnic style” meals with the kids.The closing flap thread is very weak, came partially separated after the second use. Haven’t gotten around to stitching it up, but not thrilled about the issue. Overall still a great blanket, but docking a star for the issue.

No soft sponge layer
I just received this picnic blanket and it is just ok. There are some features that a great such as the really large size and that it appears to be waterproof. My complaint is that there is no “sponge layer” as it claims to have for comfort. It is very thin and not comfortable at all when laid out of a firm surface. The reason I chose to buy this one was because of the “sponge layer.” I will most likely be returning since it is not as described!

Water resistant on both sides
Like the product. Wish it was a little more soft blanket material on top and water resistant on bottom rather than water resistant on both sides.

I love this blanket
I've been taking it with me to Governors Island, NYC, every Sunday. I do Yoga stretches, relax, eat, and even enjoyed a nap under that shade tree with my girlfriend last week. I highly recommend the extra-large one, because sharing is caring!

Ok but wouldn’t buy again
I ended up returning mine. It was comfortable like the in cold ones are. You might as well get a table cloth. It is big though. I gave a 3 because I didn’t like the texture ana the strap is too short
