We bought a mattress that was just too hard and needed something to make it softer. After purchasing a much less expensive mattress topper, we learned a lesson, just get a Plushbed natural latex mattress topper. Yes it costs more, but it is worth every penny for a comfortable nights sleep. Highly recommended product.

This mattress pad was not comfortable - I thought for the price it would likely be good quality, but unlike a normal memory foam topper, when you depress in one location, the whole mattress slants. So it doesn't take pressure off pressure points and instead gives you a back ache. It was both too firm-feeling to provide comfort, but also not supportive enough (I normally don't have issues with soft mattresses but got to experience mattress-related back pain for the first time). Additionally, while this item is advertised as "eligible for returns" which prompted me to take the risk initially, returning this item is expensive due to the weight and size (I also had no clue how much this was going to cost but be prepared for it to be >$100). ***tl;dr: Save yourself the time and money and do not buy this***

Bought the Cal King topper to put on top of a brand new medium firm mattress thinking it would provide a little cushion. Instead it made or caused back and shoulder pain! Woke up with shooting pain every morning since I’ve had this topper. Wished I can return this item because I would have been better off buying a less expensive memory foam.

It is a very good product, and the seller send it quick, good to buy.

Very soft and comfortable

It is nowhere close to "extra firm" as advertised. I bought one, tried it, didn't like it and attempted to return it. They flatly refused. (Even though it was well within the usual 30 day return policy).

I wanted a latex bed for my back and shoulder pain.alas, latex beds are out of my budget so i opted to buy the two inch topper to put on my "crappy" bed"Ive tried so many different toppers over the last 6 months, a coworker recommended plush beds so a last effort to not wake up feeling like I'm 80 years old I started researching.I sleep on my stomach so went with the medium firm. I weigh 120lbs I have a super sensitive nose and could smell a faint smell (the first day) but not a chemical smell and it was not offensive and was gone rather quickly.After the first night I woke up not in nearly as much pain and actually only woke up twice in the night unlike the normal 5 or 6 times. the second night I woke up once ! yippee for me.Its hard to explain how it feels, this is my first latex experience. Honestly until my co worker talked about it I had really never heard of it (I don't stay up on bedding trends)sooooo, how can I explain it (if you have never slept on it) I would say it is hard and soft at the same time. I jumped up on it, it felt hard, I laid down and relaxed it felt soft. when I laid on my back, it was amazing, it supported the small of my back but did not create pressure elsewhere. I sleep on my stomach and that works fine for me but now am going to try to retrain to sleep on my back since it is so comfy.I absolutely hated memory foam , it was almost panic being trapped in it and I was afraid this would be similar. It is not. I am so thrilled and love it !Im not gonna say I spring out of bed like an eight year old but I don't crawl out of bed like an 80 year old waiting for all the stiffness to disappear.The only real problem with the topper is now I want the whole bed. Maybe in a few years santa will bring me one :)

It was not comfortable at all. While they’re website states you have to sleep on their mattresses for 30 days before they will accept a return, and all mattresses are returnable, mattress toppers are not returnable because of “sanitary reasons” but mattresses are returnable and they aren’t concerned with “sanitary reasons”?!? This is a very expensive, very uncomfortable mattress topper that we made ourselves sleep on for 30 days because of the return policy...don’t be misled (and miserable) like we were!!!
