The day I received this I put it in it’s storage bag and placed it on the kitchen counter. My wife got home and said, “What’s that?” (pointing at the grill brush in it’s bag). “That’s Flexzos!” I said (Flexzos is clearly printed on the bag).“I know you idiot. I can read! What did you waste your money on Amazon this time for!?” she asked.I pulled the grill brush from it’s bag and displayed it proudly, “Flexzos!”Her eyes widened, “That thing is terrifying!”Indeed it looks like some medieval torture device. But it does a pretty good job of cleaning my grill. 10/10 would recommend.

The brush itself looks very sturdy and seems like it will last a long time - and no worries about bristles breaking off and getting into our food. But one of the reasons I chose this one over other similar brushes (with lower prices) was the included carrying bag, which would be nice when taking it to use at public parks, etc. As seen in the photo, the carrying case I received is a flimsy plastic piece that barely covers the head, not the nice bag shown in the product image. Also did not include the warranty card, but not as concerned about that. So while the brush itself looks like a 4 or 5 star item (will know more after I get to use it), the product you receive may not be as advertised, so deducting several stars for misleading advertising.

I am a highly advanced Home and Personal Chef, and in my culinary activities, I do a LOT of grilling and BBQ'ing. The bane of this activity is cleaning grill grates after use, and I have been through multiple iterations of scrapers, silicone brushes, steel brushes that leave behind bristles, and chemicals that simply don't work.This Flexzos Grill Brush was purchased on a whim in the hopes of having finally found a solution to cleaning my grill grates. EUREKA!!! Finally found a brush that WORKS and does the job exceedingly well!* Robust construction with stainless steel brushes designed to eliminate dropped bristles* Strong performance with medium effort to clean grates* Steel scraper for caked-on food has appropriate curving to clean the side of grates* Handle as hook for hanging and comfortable in hand.* Storage bag is a nice touch and keeps dirt and dust out of the brushes after use.The key to effectively cleaning BBQ Grill Grates is to heat up the grill to HIGH after use for at least 10-15 minutes. That burns off fatty food from grates and after some cooling, it makes scraping and brushing more effective and easier. Additionally, wiping the grates with a thin layer of a vegetable oil after cooling will help prevent corrosion and rust. and wiping with an oil just before cooking will also reduce the potential for caked-on remains after cooking, while making cleaning much easier.All in all, this Bristle-Free brush system is highly effective and I am VERY pleased with its performance. I easily rate it at FIVE STARS for both performance and value price on Amazon. It has my honest and very hearty recommendation as well! I tried to like and make this item work for me but it's just too stiff (after 3 attempts) to clean between and around the 7mm SS grates on my 2019 Weber Genesis II SE-310 LP grill. I used it with and without water (as suggested) on a very hot grill and it just couldn't clean to my satisfaction of matching the cheapo $1-3 throw away grill cleaners.NOTE: This attentive 52 yo lifetime griller has never had a piece of metal from a grill cleaner fall off and inbed in a piece of food. SIMPLY PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU'RE DOING.To the vendors (or Amazon's) credit, I was refunded the purchase price as soon as the no questions asked RA was scanned for pickup at my local UPS store. Thanks for making the return an easy process. I wish the product had worked better for me, perhaps YMMV.

This brush is the real deal! I broke the handle on my last plastic/steel bristle brush which result in me holding the head of brush and after burning myself, I caved in and bought this new one. Very impressed and happy with this purchase! I grill on a weekly basis and it’s holding up great!

I like that this brush doesn't have the poking bristles that most other grill cleaning brushes have. This one is tough and looks like it will last so I am very happy with it so far.

I like the idea, it's much safer to use than the metal-bristled brush, no little bristles to get into your food, but it doesn't seem to clean anywhere near as well. It's good at the loose bits on the grill, but anything hard on is a tough fight and we clean our grill off immediately while it's still hot and malleable.I wouldn't not recommend it. It has a good feel in your hand and if you're really worried about the metal bristles, this is going to clean as well as anything else like this, better than some with that attached scraper, but this style is just nowhere near the easy of the metal brush.

Just tried it for the first time tonight on my Weber Q 3200. As everyone else says, it is big and sturdy. However, these coils are stiff and there is no scrubbing action. It really just scrapes across the top of the grate. Post grilling the brush did a lot better but that was mainly the pieces that could be scraped. The side coils give a little more action so I am wondering if it will break in a bit and flex more.The large scraping piece is awesome, I'll keep it just to have that part and that alone is worth the cost.I also think this could work great on the thinner wire grates, the coils will work around those better.
