I have washed & dried the towels. They do fluff up from the vacuum packaging. They are somewhat thin, but I expected that for the price and for my purpose they will be fine.Along with the towels, was a "Thank you for your purchase" and an offer of a free towel if you text them.To my suspicious mind, they are asking for my phone cell# and whatever other information that number will provide.If they wanted to reward me with a free towel, they could have added it when they sent the order.I am a bit turned off by this.
