The product itself is decent - relatively sturdy (more so than the plastic ones I usually get) and well-made. Two issues; 1. It smells. Like fish. Even after wiping with alcohol. Hopefully that will dissipate. 2. The instructions for assembly are crappy. The steps are mislabeled - first, you want slide all the parts together into shape, then you want to slip the little plastic brackets on to hold. It's kind of tricky at first. Once you have your inbox "built", slip the plastic tabs under the slots and fold to snap in place. Once I figured that out, it was easy. The instructions say to put the plastic tabs on in step two (before building), but it should really be in step 3.

When I first received this item it was missing a few pieces needed to hold it together, so I contacted the supplier who immediately shipped me a new product, no questions asked. I greatly appreciated their customer service, and the letter tray itself is exactly what I needed. Very easy to put together, stays in place well, and fits perfectly where I wanted it to. Very pleased with this purchase.

It looks way better in the pictures. In reality it’s terribly flimsy, wood is too thin. Also, mine came smelling like rotten fish, the wood itself. Wouldn’t pay 2 bucks for this if I knew what I now know.

I really like the look of this product. It took me several tries to figure out the plastic holders. If anyone else is challenged, note that only the tabs on the shelves go through the slots. The entire plastic holder attaches on the outside of the unit, snapping over the tab to hold it in place. The material is pressed particle board. It does appear sturdy enough. The “wood look” is like a rigid contact paper covering the sides.

Absolutely love this tray holder! It was very easy to assemble and quite visually appealing! It sure beats the cheap plastic trays! It works great for the intended purpose and is made of good quality materials. You can’t beat the amazing product warranty and the customer service! Very happy customer!

I teach on the side and l always wanted a desk tray to keep all my student paper and office supplies. Now I am extremely satisfied with this wonderful nice looking desk organizer. Finally able to get my messy desk organized. Elegant design just like the picture and it is very sturdy and super easy to assembly unlike the metal one! Going to order second unit for my colleague as her birthday is coming soon!

Sturdy and easy to build up the tray with clear instruction.Just what I was looking for to organize my home office. Good value for the price and they look a lot nicer than the plastic ones I was using.

My 7 year old daughter had a fun time putting this together. We use it to keep homeschool assignments organized. The shelves are larger than a standard sheet of paper and have the room to hold other folders and workbooks easily too.
