This appears to be a high quality tank that is welded well and finished with a black 'wrinkle coat' type of industrial coating. The tank resists chipping - it got banged around a bit during transportation but looks great. it holds air, too. Which is the most important thing.

PERFECT FOR MY APPLICATION
Only 1 bad thing about it, Product isn't labeled that it's threaded outlets are METRIC. I coated the inside with graffite water proofing.
