I recently bought this for my wife and I and so far we love it. Our daughter sits in this and seems very comfortable and peaceful, but the best part is my wife and I save our spines from a lot of pain.I shopped around for these things and found that they can be really expensive, so I decided I would give this one a try. I figured if it worked, great, and if it didn't, it wouldn't be a lot of money wasted, however, I have to tell you we were totally shocked by the quality! The materials are soft, yet strong, and it has convenient little pockets all over the place. It takes a little practice figuring it out, but once you get the hang of it, you’ll be thanking yourself for making the purchase.

Where do I start .... I had previously bought a carrier and my son wouldn’t even GET in it , that is how uncomfortable it was . I had almost given up on even using a carrier at all, till I got this one .It arrived today, and I told myself , what the heck , This is perfect timing!!!I had an 8 month old with , and lots of shopping to do , AND I was alone .I had the choice of either :-Putting my baby in his car seat and having it occupy lots of space in the cart . That would have meant making it a double trip, which would have obviously been costly and time consumingOR- venture into the store with this brandnew baby carrier and hope it worked properly.Hard choice for me , given my poor previous experience.But I am GLAD I did .My baby was happy and snugly and LOVED this carrier.My back had zero complaints so I love it also.I was able to haul lots of groceries and keep my baby safe whilst shopping for 2 hours and coming home with a full car !This product is beautiful, and comfortable. It is also easy to put it on even if you don’t have your partner there to help you . Once I got myself buckled in , I was also able to easily slide my baby in and out of it .This might be the only carrier that I will ever need .

Would give it 5 stars if there was an instruction manual included. I understand its easy to figure it out but sometimes a busy mama like me need the extra help to get it moving. I found the white drool protectors for the carrier’s shoulder straps by accident (reason why instruction manual is needed). Also, it would be nice to have a similar cloth or pad that you can wrap around the shoulder straps of the high waist seat. (Protector cloths are only for shoulder straps of baby carrier.) My baby’s leg grazes on it and could bruise her skin easily especially if she’s not wearing pants. (See pic.).If I’m wearing my baby wrong on the high waist seat and using the shoulder straps the wrong way, then I guess an instruction manual should have definitely been included to avoid mistakes.However I’ve seen some reviews with pictures and some mamas have taken out the shoulder straps and just used the seat. I have not tried it that way yet as I feel having the strap on holds the seat better for me.I have only used the high waist seat and still need to test it for a longer period. Will update once I’ve figured out all the other functions too.P.S. the drool protector cloths are hidden in the zipper pocket of the seat. You’re welcome.

This product pic and description is totally MISLEADING -- does not come with shoulder straps only a wack setup of the child seat and hip strap and neck strap. Seemed like would be completely unsafe for baby and terrible strain on neck. RETURNING and would never buy or recommend.

Amazing product, very durable material and easy to use. The hard foam that the baby sits on relieves the strain from your back and also the strain other carriers put on their legs. This carrier has a ton of pockets and also has a hood you can use for the baby if they are facing you (removable as well). The only complaint I have is that the velcro doesn't fit someone who is larger than average (or someone who just had a baby) but the strap that reinforces the velcro does, so technically it is still useable. It also has a strong smell when unboxing but I feel like that is typical of many products, you should be washing your babies products before use anyway. Also very easy to use even without instructions.

there is a lot of unnecessary straps, zippers and flaps, but once you have it on and the baby in it, it's rather useful. unfortunately it covers right where your pockets would go, so accessing pockets becomes a bit challenging (cell phones specifically). the pockets on the carrier aren't advised to be used, either too small for the items you'd want to use it for, or in the path of spit-up. Overall, the price and quality are surprisingly well, and once the flare of it all is removed, it's lightweight, easy to use, not so easy to secure behind you, but doable (as is the design of pretty much all carriers). I would recommend this one over the expensive ones.

This carrier is awesome. I have twin boys so my hands are always full of baby, and it gets tiring for sure! I wanted an on the body carrier, but they are SO expensive. I saw this and thought it looked pretty good, especially for the price. I bought just one in case I didn't like it I wouldn't have to make two returns. After I tried it I know I'm buying a second one so my husband and I can both have one to each carry our boys. It did take me a couple seconds of playing around with it to figure out, a little instruction card would have been nice, but I think it was more sleep deprived mom brain than anything. Didn't take long to realize how easy it is to use even without instructions. It's crazy comfortable, it makes my made from dark matter boys feel like they weigh as much as a stuffed teddy bear. I could wear my heavy babies all day and not get tired or achey. I would recommend this carrier to anyone.
