Definitely water resistant, that I did test walking around in the rain and in puddles. The only concern is at times it had tendencies to want to slip off as the inner guts has faux fur, and with sock, well you can imagine how easily it wants to come off. As there's no laces to tighten that is to be expected, and I didn't want to get a smaller one as I have chunky feet. Regardless, I still like them as I like the convenience of slipping them on and off.

These are honestly the most versatile and comfy shoes. Hubby uses them for after a day of working in construction boots; he tosses the boots in the trunk and throws these on for his drive home in traffic. And if he has to stop and get gas or walk back into the job site for something, the rubber soles are thick and shoe like ebough that it can be rainy or snowing and with his work pants on, they’re basically the same as if he were wearing shoes. They are a perfect wear-around-the-house slipper also, as you can step outside to get the paper or mail without worry. I would recommend these.

Based on the comments I ordered a size I thought should be plenty large, but not even close. It is still super small. I'd give you more direction on sizing, but you don't need to bother, you won't want these things. I bought blue with grey lining and the "fur" trim is NOTHING like in the photo. It isn't fluffy like in the photo; it's super cheap looking. And instead of gray it is PURPLE! Okay, purplish gray, but clearly purple in any light.

I bought the shoe in yellow and love them. Warm, non slip, cute, comfortable. I love the wide toe area. I added an insole so they fit well without socks. I work in a preschool where we have indoor and outdoor shoes. I'm constantly having to switch shoes and for the winter months these have become a life saver! I can't rave enough about these. They feel like my slippers!!!!

I am writing this review mostly because, when wearing these outside, I was pleasantly surprised and even amazed to find that their soles grip in ice and snow better than any other shoes (including winter boots) that I own. I am out in my backyard with my dogs daily, 365.25 days a year. It can be treacherous in the winter and early spring. These “slippers” are very resistant to slipping.Other than that, the nice warm uppers could be a little more waterproof. I often need to dry them out after a wet excursion outside.

Liked the color. I ordered a 9.5 and the length was a bit big on me. A 9 would have worked. (I'm between a 9M - 9.5M). But the width was definitely WIDE. The picture shows, what I thought, would be a snug, slimming fit. But NO! Very unflattering. I really look like I'm wearing a man's shoe that is several sizes too big. I would not recommend.

I ordered the yellow pair, but they are actually dark gold and ugly. They have other styles that look dark gold, but the ones I ordered looked yellow in the pic. Not too big of a deal since I am not wearing them in public, but if I had known they would be gold I would have ordered navy blue instead.

I normally wear an 8.5, sometimes a 9, so I bought the 9. Right foot fit fine, left foot too small (in the length; width no problem). Also, the lining in both shoes was stitched in such a way that there were very rough edges scraping the top of my foot. Annoying, and poorly planned out. Will be returning.
