Sounds of the Rocky Mountains (German Edition)

Oh no!! This is not worthy of its title.

If you ever lived in Boulder, Colorado, or any mountain, this CD is for you!Bought this in a hotel near Pikes Peak. They had them in the room to listen to. We just had to have it.Lovely. Peaceful. I recommend it.

Love, love, love it! This CD is so relaxing. I'm not usually a big fan of listening to music only, but this, with the sounds of the birds, streams, wind, is unbelievable. It brought me right back to the Smoky Mountains.....a place I've visited several times and feel like it's "home" for some reason. I highly recommend it, you won't be disappointed. Just close your eyes and let it transport you!

This album is not quite what I hoped for and while there are two tracks (5 &6) I very much enjoy, the remaining tracks are just average in my opinion. As the album title suggests the tracks are accompanied by sounds that one would naturally hear in the Rockies. In some instances they detract a bit form the music. On the plus side, the music is listenable and very soothing but not entirely inspirational when compared with some offerings I have from Tim Janis.

There's no accounting for taste in music, but in my opinion this is the VERY BEST of "The National Park Series" of soothing music accompanied by nature sounds, so dim the lights, sit back, close your eyes, and be transported to your "Happy Place." Trust me ... and not just because I live in the Rocky Mountains 100 miles west of Denver.

Recently got 4 CDs at the same time and this was the best of the four. My favorites are still Yellowstone and Shenandoah from a few years ago.

great music. hoped it would last a bit longer into the last half of songs tho. wildlife sounds are great but music is better.

A great CD to Listen to --thanks so much for sending it and it will get much use. I love listening to CD of the National Park Series.
