Poor materials that the product was made from
The only thing broke as soon as I used it was the crank arm puller, it was made of cheap materials and stripped out on the first use. I’m glad I still had my park tool crank arm puller I bought years ago.

All tools are made of junk metal, and the cassette socket is rendered useless by too-thick coating
The crank extractor stripped upon first use. To their credit, vendor refunded me $5. But the cassette socket will not fit because it has too much coating. I used a Dremel tool to grind the coating off of the inside, but the outside (with the "steps" that should fit into the cassette) also has too much coating so it won't fit -- and it's not possible to remove the excess coating there without destroying the tool or using some kind of solvent (acid?).

This was a gift for a friend. She raves about it. Does it's job without a lot of fuss.

Poor quality materials
When I originally decided to purchase this tool set back in May 24, 2020 there was only 2 poor ratings. I only needed to remove my crank, so I had thought "how bad can it be?" Well, after using just the Crank-Puller&Extractor ONCE... the threads on the Puller And Extractor are stripped/worn out. I was only able to pull the left peddle-arm off my bike, the crank-side is still on the bike because the puller is no long able to thread securely onto the crankpeddle to pull it off. I only used simple hand tools.To get full refund you must ship everything back to China. Shipping cost is to be paid by buyer.. I looked it up -for about 1lb 9oz Package, it would cost me $26.36 to send it back.

Good for at home bike mechanic
Not park tools but theyll get the job done if you know what youre doing and how to use them. Cant beat these for the price

Missing pieces
I reached out to the seller and still have not heard back. My set did not come with a crank puller which was a large reason for buying this kit. I would rate this 5 stars if they included all the pieces since the other tools worked great. I replaced an 11-speed cassette with a 9 speed on a Shimano hub easily using the chain whip and freewheel tools.
