I was delighted to find a choice of 'Eco-friendly' dental floss as I wanted an alternative to the conventional (plastic) floss.When it arrived, I was surprised by how small it was, as it looked bigger in the photos online. However, that wasn't a problem, and even a benefit (for storage and travel).The floss itself seems ok so far, and seems strong enough to do the job without disintegrating, and the container looks good.However, I did have a slight problem with the floss shedding slightly when i was pulling it out of the lid prior to cutting it, and I had to be careful not to lose the end of it which would have meant re-thredding it.However, I am disappointed with the cutter design on the lid. It is very basic and in my opinion, inadequate. It is not easy to cut the floss. I have found that I have to hold the floss to be cut with my thumb of one hand on the lid, whilst then trying to wrap the floss around the cutter (which isn't very sharp) and almost tear the floss off. I'll possibly get used to it, but it seems to me that it could be made better quite simply by having something to wrap the floss around to hold it in place, (instead if my thumb), and then maybe having a slightly sharper cutter (although thay might present safety issues).- I might just try bending the cutter slightly to raise it up to see if that gives it a better cutting edge and make using it easier.

Amazing, came all in recyclable packaging with no plastic.I actually prefer this floss to normal floss now!To me it has no taste.The only down fall I would say is it has frayed and gotten stuck in my teeth before but if you’re gentle it is okay - you can’t complain when you’re saving the oceans with this biodegrade product that works!

Loved the eco aspect comes in small glass jar, this product is ok but thought it would be more abrasive.

It worked great for the first few weeks. But then one day the loose end of the end of the ball of thread vanished. There simply was no longer a loose end. So all you're left with is a gluey ball of yarn that cannot be untangled. Ultimately this is an impractical idea. No idea how it made it all the way to production. Obviously not well tested.Such a pity. I was really excited to find a non-fluoridated, natural fibre floss that was strong enough not to break between my teeth.At the price it's just not worth it if you're only going to be able to use a fraction of the floss each purchase. So they need to work on the dispenser.

This is sn excelkent product, much gentler on the gums than ordinary floss or tape anx being slightly softer also catches more odmf the residual plaque. I particularly love the absence of strong smell or taste so I can floss straight after a meal, unlike traditional products which have a strong peppermint aftertaste.

It breaks so often, you'll use 3-4 pieces per flossing, which is terrible quality. I'd recommend using one of the other eco brands.

Much better than the usual floss. Less slippery and tastes good. Love the container.

Wish I’d stopped using crappy plastic foss years ago. This is great! Slight rough floss makes for better cleaning. Teeth are clean, conscience feels light.
