Does not do the job
The small fans inside the unit do not create anything close to sufficient pressure to act as a . In fact the air pressure is barely noticeable. Better than CPAP. Not in the least. My thoughts when I bought it was that even if it was not as effective as a real CPAP it might help some. I could not detect that it was doing anything more than sticking in my nose. The unit is not well built, does not actually filter air and the so called filter in mine would occasionally move out of position and totally obstruct the fan preventing it from turning.

DONT BUY THIS! IT DOES NOT WORK. ALL PERFORMANCE CLAIMS ARE FALSE!
DO NOT BY THIS!!! This "Upgraded Anti Snoring Device Nasal Dilator Snore Stopper Better Than CPAP Devices" is absolutely junk. It is terrible in every way. The outlandish sheet that came with it was FULL of lies and false claims. One notable lie was that it didn't need to be cleaned!! I couldn't believe it said that! For crying out loud, the stupid thing is designed to stick in your nose.It has two fan blades that you can see are turning, but it blows so little air that I could only detect air movement by aiming it onto my tongue or into my eye.I put it the device in my nose and could not even turn my head without it falling out.Even the pictures are lies. It is much bigger than it appears on the people they show in the pictures. As far as being better than a CPAP machine, and I use one, it is about as close to working as a cpap machine as a 2x4 piece of wood. I was hopeful it would keep me from snoring (on a fishing trip) but it would be absolutely useless. This thing is only good for a laugh. My wife and I were almost crying from laughter as I first tried the device and read the brochure out loud. She suggested that it would be worth it to keep this relatively inexpensive thing and brochure ($17 including two day shipping) so we could show it to our friends for a laugh. So I'm keeping it Not for use but for a joke and laughs.

There is no way to give 0.
The little fans are completely ineffective. No movement of air. No positive pressure. Total waste of money except as a briefly amusing little piece of desk mulch. Wildly irresponsible to encourage CPAP users to use this. If this has any beneficial effect it would be strictly due to the nasal pieces maybe stretching the openings a little.

A waste of money.
The fans do not create an appropriate amount of pressure. It also does not stay in you nose if you sleep on your side, despite the image to the contrary.

Not a mini cpap
This product is a slight “upgrade” to other portable anti snoring devices. It is advertised to use a micro fan to force air into your airways and keep it open while you sleep. In reality, the fan does not generate enough pressure to do much of anything. There are no valves to keep a seal or filter air either. However, it does keep the nasal passages dilated enough to ease breathing just a little bit. But you can achieve that with over the counter breathing strips or other items that keeps your nasal passages open a little.

Don’t waste your money no matter the discount, this thing is worthless.
With the unit fully charged unable to feel any air movement from the fans. This thing is junk and doesn’t do anything.

No air movement
This is a great idea but the actual product has horrible results. Yes there are 2 little fans that turn on but the amount of air movement is almost Zero. you cant even feel it. the concept of a CPAP is constant air moving and pressure to keep the throat open, this doesnt even flicker a candle flame when next to it.. so again great idea but poor performance.. dont waste your money.

This item is a HOAX and there are lawsuits pending on various versions of it!
Nothing about this item is factual! far less air movement than is minimally needed to breathe much less keep open your airway while using it is delivered! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!
