This product is for baking professionals and pastry chefs who like to do mold work.
I want to place this below a pastry ring to mold a strawberry frassier cake---or any other type of cake that requires molding.

Not what I was looking for.
I was excited to have such large guitar sheets.... But my chocolate came off the sheets matted, it didn't have the nice gloss they said it would have. I can't recommend this product.
