I recommend the seller for prompt delivery and adequate packaging. The book has a lot of information not relating to the REO business. Otherwise a big help if you want to go into the biz.

I have been working with Fannie Mae REO's and this book has all the fact and more. I was surprised to learn new things that I have missed. Must read for anyone that takes the REO market serious.
