I took some card stock and made my own template for the holes and then used the paper to place where the mirror would go. Overall that did the trick. But a pre printed template would be ideal. I know these are handmade so they are bound to have some impurities, mine came with a slightly bent upper middle section. Not a huge deal and you can't see it if you aren't looking. Then bought the larger mirror with same surround for the second bathroom. Equally impressed with the second one and it looks just as awesome. These mirrors are beautifully make and the mirror is true with no distortion whatsoever.
