Pewtertone Metal Nail Cross Necklace

Exactly as pictured, my son loved it! The necklace had a cheap plastic connector and was pretty flimsy overall. Because I am crafty I simply made a new leather corded necklace for it and tossed the one it came with. The pendant alone was well worth the cost! The metal has a quality feel with a nice slightly antiqued finish. It could easily pass as an heirloom piece! The size was just right, the same size as a typical girl's cross. I was worried it would be too big or obnoxious, but it was perfect. I will try to add a photo later with a size comparison if I remember. ;)

I read some of the reviews and purchased this item based on some reviews that stated it was suitable for adults as well. Well it is not. This is a simple plastic like cross that looks good from afar but not up close. I will give it to my 12yr old niece.

My teenage son had been asking for a cross to wear, yet every one I showed him he thought too "pretty". But this one was just right, masculine and just a bit "edgy" and artful. It suited him to a tee. We have ordered 4 more as Christmas gifts for his closest friends.

I really love the cross. While it can be harmful to children it is great! I gave 4 stars because glue on cross came off and it came apart, but all I had to do was put it back together. Thank God!UPDATE: The cross was fine then it came apart. Like I said I just had to put it back together, but now it will not put back together, which is a problem because I can't wear it. Please help!

I used to have a necklace similar to this one and I liked it because it was a more realistic reminder of how gruesome Jesus' sacrifice was. This isn't the exact same one that I used to have and it's not quite as sturdy, but it's a nice, cheap replacement for it. The 2 flat nails that rest on top of each other pointing in opposite directions got a little loose a few days after I got the necklace, but luckily the brackets that are welded onto each nail to hold them in place are preventing them from sliding enough to come apart. The only gripe I have is about the "clasp", which is a thin plastic clip that is easily breakable, not very sturdy, and repeatedly comes apart after wearing it throughout the day. But what can you expect from something that is less than $2.00? When I get around to it, I'm going to replace the plastic clip with a metal clasp to make it last longer. All this being said, I'd definitely recommend it to those who appreciate this type of design and are looking for cheap jewelry.

I bought this necklace for my husband and it fits him just right. He has a 19 1/2 neck and the necklace fits around it just fine. The material for the cross really shines in the light and does not look cheap.

My son LOVED this necklace but I had to super glue the nails in place before I gave it to him because they had already fallen out before he even got it. Better glue should be used. and the clasp on the back it plastic and will have to be replaced or he will lose it for sure.

Nice little cross I keep it in my car.
