MAKE SURE you PUSH THE COCKING METAL thing FORWARD, or it will SEVERELY limit the power.
EXTREMELY powerful, BUT MAKE SURE YOU PUSH the METAL COCKING mechanism FORWARD back to its original position! If you don't, the arrow wont fly very far or fast. I had to figure this out on my own, and PLEASE be careful and dont shoot at anything too close. I was using it wrong with the cocking mechanism not pushed back in, so when it fired the arrow it was having to use most of its force to push that mechanism back. But once you do that for it, its free to REALLy smack that crossbow bolt with the String, and it will go through a door lol.I recommend 3d printing a custom arrow holder for yourself, maybe ill post one to makerworld but im not sure if any you can buy will fit, JusT MAKE one out of wood honestly if you dont have a 3d printer. Being able to hold multiple bolts on the bottom makes it a lot more usefulVery powerful, scarey powerful really.

Major issue with optics.
The bow has the power and I love the cocking mechanism. The main problem is that the optics are just absolutely terrible. It also doesn't have a picatinny rail system nor the stock to make an obvious drill hole to add one. The bolt holder is cheap plastic and permanently bent from what I assume was the manufacturing process. The trigger also doesn't have a spring so it's always loose. I basically wanted this bow specifically for the cocking mechanism. If I could combine this with the cobra we'd be in business.

Fun toy for plinking
For the price, it’s fun to shoot targets. You have to play with it for a while to get it to work right. Don’t push the rod all the way back, only far enough so the spring holds it in place. Accurate to 30 feet. Beyond that , not so much. I give it 3 out of 5.

Fun to shoot - Needs some instructions
I bought this for my wife for her birthday. It needs better instructions on how to assemble and it was almost impossible for me alone to string it (even after watching several Youtube videos). I had my wife help with stringing and it was much easier.Be sure to buy string and rail lube (wax) and use it liberally (again - watch some Youtube videos). It would also help if there were some pointers on aiming and setting up the rear sights. Make sure you setup a large target at first and have plenty of open room behind it. We lost our first 4 bolts by missing our (too small) target and they went into the lawn. We thought they'd be simple to find being brass colored metal on short green grass, but nope. It must have enough power to drive the bolts underground. So my next tip: Buy a large package of spare bolts. I'm also looking for a replacement string (just in case) and haven't found any on Amazon that get good reviews.

Not worth it
Decent value for the money. Honestly don't have a problem with the bow itself it's the string and the bolts that are the problem; that and the lack of other string/bolt options for a bow like this out there.Would give 4 stars but it's just not worth fooling with constantly breaking strings and bolts. Spend a little more money and get a pistol bow that can be used consistently.
