HandHeld Algiz XRW Rugged Durable Notebook Laptop PC

I purchased this computer 4 months before a deployment to Afghanistan. I had to send it in for warranty work twice in the first year. The mouse broke at month 5. The keypad failed at month 11. I dropped it at home, month 14, from a height of 2 feet and the touchscreen went wild so I disabled it. Now in month 17 and one of the ears on the battery broke so I have the battery held in with a piece of tape now. I carry it in a soft case and take very good care of it but it has failed miserably for a "Rugged" laptop. This was a very bad investment of over $3000. And it is extremely slow so don't plan on doing much with it.
