Flimsy, works best with very thin phone. Don't recommend this.
It doesn't grip the phone very sturdy, and if you try to make it tighter, the plastic just bends. Secured on a tripod, it wobbles. Just a little bit, but seriously? How is this a thing at all. Two stars because it's not terrible and it didn't fall apart, but please don't think you're getting a deal on a quality item. I don't know why they threw in the photo-remote and I don't know why Amazon asked me to rate the "security features" of a plastic device. The photo remote didn't work for me. Maybe the batteries are dead? I didn't need that so I really didn't care about that. Biggest complaint for me is how shallow the grippers are. The photos make them look larger, but you have to realize they're angled back so that the effective depth for gripping is a lot less. And as stated before, if you expect to grab just a bit of the case and tighten it up, the plastic flexes - away from the case - so it actually holds less than if it was more rigid.

It first my phone!!
After wasting a lot of money, this by far. I have a secure case for my Note 9 like LifeProof, I had trouble trying to find something for my phone, so I thought the price was right so I bought it. Best investment ever. I have no problem with my phone sitting in there nicely.Good job people.

Easy to use. Easily breaks.
Love that this device can connect to any Tripod. Easy to take on and off! However one of the holder pieces on the iPad mount broke off the first time I tried to use it. Hopefully the phone mount will last longer.

Good clicker
I only use the Bluetooth picture clicker it’s perfect for pictures without clicking the camera
