This series keeps getting better and better!
The never-ending action and adventure would be enough to keep you going, but that's not all this book has! You'll find magic, lots of magic, friendship, new allies, and deadlier enemies! I can't wait to read more of Nix's tasks!

Nix has a rather tough time in this book.
I swear that she got seriously injured so many times that I lost count. Good thing that she has a new boyfriend who's a Vampire, because he kept healing her. I'm still of the opinion that Nix needs a stronger individual personality, because she seems too similar to Cass. I've only read one of the Dell books so far, so I'm not sure if she's got the same issue. And again, the romances never develop quick enough or deeply enough...one gets a bit tired of constant action and teen type dialogs. But I find that I continue to look forward to these books...even though they're a little juvenile, and even though I'd prefer to read some hot romantic scenes now and then to break up the action. I really enjoy the World and the supernatural species in it, so I will be continuing.

I have read all the Dragons gift series and enjoyed it very much
I have read all the Dragons gift series and enjoyed it very much, I don't usually like long series, and with three trilogies involved it is long, but it was broken up nicely so they could be read separately without getting lost. the caractors mesh nicely and the action is nonstop and well written, Whereas I have always enjoyed the old favorites in fantacy/Sci=fi, Piers Anthony, Asonov, Heinlan, I have been drawn to these young female writers lately and Linsey has become a favorite, good job and I'm lookin forward to the next one, I am not a writer so forgive my spelling please

Vampires as good
It is interesting to me that Vampires are portrayed as powerful individuals with something of a conscience. The "Twilight series, and the Samantha Moon series like your novels portray Vampires as having a conscience, and working for the greater good. No two authors agree very well on the Vampire physiology, but for them to have honor etc.is I think a good thing.

Must read
I have yet to be disappointed in any of these books. Nix may be my favorite sister yet. Get into this one and face the vampire trials. Meet some goddesses and even may be something you have been waiting for

Fun but busy.
Nix is on the go with so many things piling on top of each other that I felt tired for her. Definitely action packed story and she is usually the one who tends the shop. Love how all the heroines keep thinking that they need to get out more and build up their stamina.

Trial by Magic
Nix has been under the gun for the last few days and the Vampire trials are more work. Learning new magic under near impossible test. Still why was the beaker stolen.

More magic
I finished this book in record time. I saw new things and wondered at the author’ s imagination. I’ve already started her next book.

Trial by Magic (Dragons Gift:The Protector book2)
Even more action in this book, Nix doing trials organized by the vampires to prove her innocence and having the three Fates stepping in when she completed them who also put the Vampire queens in their place. Nix was also learning more about her new magical gifts which was great, so still more baddies to sort out and mystery to solve. Looking forward to the next book in the series

Loved it!
Especially the trials and Nix not knowing the truth about herself and slowly having to learn about it. Can't wait to see what happens with Ares and her too.
