Another website says it is from Luxembourg.** A: Luxemburg. Per the Proxxon website **Q: Does the MF70 ship from Amazon with clamps to hold the work to the table?** A: I really don't remember if the clamps came with it or not. It did come with the complete set of collets and wrenches. I have 2 sets of clamps so maybe one set came with it, I know I had to buy the little milling vise, and a drill chuck. Everything for this machine is pretty expensive but first quality. I have a bigger milling machine now, and I will be selling my MF70, but only because it was too small for the bigger steam engines I am building. **Q: Is it programmable?** A: No, you would need to modify it by adding CNBC to it.
