I have to say cordless vacuum is a life changer for our family. It made cleaning the floor so easy and convenient! Ever since we got the first cordless vacuum, I have been thingking of purchasing a second one for use on the second floor only so that I don't need to carry the vacuum upstairs and then downstairs everyday :( then I foound this model. We have hard floor on the second floor and the main task is to clean my hair in the bathroom and bedroom everyday. This product is a perfect fit for this job. It's lightweighted and easy to use. I don't need to worry about the hair that dropped on the floor anymore. Moreover, it can stand by itself. How convenient is that! I can easily put it in any corner without worrying it might fall down in some positions as our first cordless vacuum. And the led headlight is definitely a plus +++ especially for the cases you don't want to turn on the room lights :) Also I found handheld part that comes with the product works great to clean inside of your car, especially when your kids are used to have a crunchy snack on the seat! Omg trust me, this is a must have! I will definitely bring the handheld part with me next time when we have a road trip. You get all the benefits at one lovely price. So yes I would recommend it.

This vacuum is absolute garbage. I'm pretty sure all the positive reviews are paid for. They got me and I regret it. We had a Black and Decker stick vac for 3 years and it was a champ. With young kids we used that thing three times a day and it never let us down until my 6 year old decided it needed to be washed in the bathtub.Anyway, I got hooked by the price and the positive reviews. We've had this for maybe 3 months and the battery is already such that we can't get through with the kitchen before it's dying. And besides that it never had good suction; you had to go over areas three and four times to get up, say, a bunch of bread crumbs that my annoyingly picky dog won't clean up for some reason.Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $40 to get one from a more reputable and recognizable brand. This thing is trash.

I am only giving one star because I owned it less than three months and the battery has already died. Daily it shows it to be fully charged when plugged in, but when I unplug it from the charger, it has no power whatsoever. I only used it 5 minutes a day in my classroom to pick up pencil shavings etc. and it stopped working. Don't waste your time on this purchase. Too bad I wasted my classroom funds on this purchase -- just trying to help our custodian and keep my classroom clean. BIG FAIL.

I was very pleased at first with the suction, the lightness, being able to use to clean my car, and of course the price. Then it stopped working about the 4th time I went to use it. The charger indicator light is on and still nothing. Called Amazon for support and they are currently reaching out the manufacturer to find out if Hikeren will do the right thing which is refund my money. Buyer Beware!

I LOVE using this vacuum and I know my house is cleaner because it is so lightweight and easy! I have almost all hard floors and area rugs in my main floor and I can easily vacuum every other day with this. I have a dog that sheds A LOT, so I know it gets up hair. I have a big, “regular” vacuum for deep cleaning, but for daily and ensuring it is clean enough for someone to stop by, it is great! And customer service is the best! Very responsive and delivers about 200% of what is expected!

I purchased my Hikeren 12000 PA Cordless Stick Vacuum in July of 2019. The vacuum did a fantastic job picking up pet hair and dirt from my hardwood floors. I began using it immediately after a full charge and had no problems. Then for no reason it stopped working. I followed the directions in trouble shooting but it still would not run but showed a full charge. I then decided to contact Hikeren.I explained what happened and instead of giving me a hard time, they apologized and told me that they were sending me another one. What a breath of fresh air, when you do business with someone who stands behind their product and appreciates their customers.

The bad reviews are true the good ones not so much unless this item is a hit or a miss with quality the battery does not last long after 10 minutes it starts to die the vacuum doesn't charge fully it died even faster the last time I used it

The vacuum was great but then would not hold a charge on the base only handheld. I contacted amazon they said it was a manufacturer problem. I emailed manufacturer and they will not respond, I have had the vacuum less than a year😩!!

It is a VERY cheap vacuum that doesn't hold up. It completely broke after only ONE use! Wouldn't turn off until plugged in. Now it won't turn on at all. Contacted Amazon and they want ME to PAY to ship it back to the USA from Australia.Don't get stuck in my position! I'm out a lot of money for total trash.
