We're proud to announce that the second generation of our popular yogurt kit is now sourced entirely from the US! Heres how to use it: 1.Fill the plastic yogurt tub with water and add a teaspoon of bleach to sanitize. Soak the whisk in the bleach water to sanitize it too. Rinse with clean water and put the sanitized tub and whisk in the Instant Pot. IMPORTANT: Leave the stainless-steel liner in the Instant Pot. 2.Remove the rubber gasket from the instant pot to prevent off flavors from getting in the yogurt. 3.Put the culturing yogurt and some of the milk in the yogurt tub. Whisk well to remove any lumps. 4.Add the rest of the milk and whisk to mix thoroughly. 5.Put the lid on the Instant Pot and lock it down with the release valve in the open position. 6.Press the yogurt button and set for 12 hours or overnight on the normal yogurt setting (DO NOT BOIL). 7.Chill the finished yogurt for several hours or overnight until it is firm. 8.Wet the hemp straining cloth and seat it in the second plastic container. Make sure the edges are draped over the edge of the container to prevent it from slipping into the container when you pour the yogurt into it. 9.Scoop or pour the yogurt into the container making sure the straining cloth stays in place. 10.Put the lid on over the edges of the straining cloth and place the container in the refrigerator. 11.Strain the yogurt to your preferred thickness. We recommend testing it after 2 hours.

Blueberry yogurt thick Greek-style - I use 1-gallon whole milk minus 2 cups heavy cream and use the boil method. After the milk has completed that cycle, I cool the IP container in a sink with ice water and monitor the temperature of the milk. when it has cooled to 85F I start the culture program for 8 hours after adding a small container of plain yogurt. When the culture program end, I put the yogurt in a strainer and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. After the whey has separated I add a pint of fresh whole blueberries and another pint of liquified blueberries and 3/4 cups of powdered sugar or Aguave. Yummy .... Peach is on for next week

Great Product
What I really like about this kit is that I don't have to spoon milk into individual jars. The tubs fit perfectly in my DUO60. They're a time saver, they can be taken right from the insta pot and put in the fridge- no cleanup in between. The strainer isn't fancy, but it gets the job done. I also like that it's dishwasher safe. The straining bag is top notch! It has a very fine weave and keeps all the yogurt solids out of the whey.

A strain to use
Works fine for what it is. Could have been designed much better so as to fit the sieve into the bucket. Has a hard time containing a full gallon at one time, leaks outside of the bucket so place a plate underneath it.
S**!
Works fine - don’t forget the nut milk bag!
Here’s a picture of the bowls and sieve in action - I’m making Skyr. You’ll need a nut milk bag in the sieve - but it has worked well for my yoghurt-making.Be aware - you’ll need a second sieve if you’re making yogurt a gallon at a time. I bought a deeper-profile mesh sieve(colander) for the instapot.

I’m very happy with this product.
This product did exactly what it was supposed to do. My only criticism is the plastic containers could be a little stronger. They are similar to the large ice cream tubs in flexibility.

Essential for making Greek yogurt (regular yogurt with some water removed).
Easy to use. Instruction sheet from manufacturer is thorough.

Expensive crap
I don't like it! I thought it goes in the instant pot to make yogurt. It does not. The bag is nylon which I don't like. I just think it's cheap crap.

Excellent product.
Well the containers are fine, I wish it included something a little nicer looking. They are restaurant grade containers and work just fine however. The filter bag holds up well after many uses and is easy to clean out and use again.
