I would have sent it back, but the conditions for return are clear - the item is not eligible to be returned if damaged in any way, and it is virtually impossible to remove the metal disc from the phone without some sort of damage. The concept is good but I'm sorry it doesn't quite cut the mustard! Review: Dash Mount + Orbitor = Perfection - I've had this set up in my car for years and love it so so much! Never failed. Strong. Rotates easily. Not obnoxious looking when not in use. I love the fact that I can just keep the flat metal sticky on my phone case (barely noticeable) and the rest stays in the car for quick mount anytime. Even when I've upgraded my phone I just attach a new metal sticky to a phone case.
