A little too soft?
I love the way this bag looks, and it is made of many high quality features that are great, but it doesn't hold itself up firmly- I worry about the bag kinda slowly falling down and resting on her, though it didn't happen on the flight we were on. I feel like I should really devise an internal structure for it....

disappointment
Not only is this product not as described, but it came broken. On one sided of the pet entrance did not have any zippers on it. They had fallen off because the bag was not sewn properly together. The zipper portion where you pull and retract the zipper has threads hanging from it and not attached to the bottom of the carrier.Insult to injury, the bag looks nothing like the picture. The roundness and the stability it shows in the pictures is NOT what you receive. This bag is a a straight duffle made fancy with mesh. Im very disappointed.I do have photos nut my phone isnt letting me upload them

Comfortable
If you have an escape artist; this might not be the carrier for your animal, mine got out during flight! Otherwise, this is a great carrier.

AWESOME CARRIER
This is a GREAT carrier! It is made well using quality materials. It has awesome features, like nice padded handles, a strap that can be used as a leash and a LARGE storage pocket. The accessories that can be purchased separately, are great as well. It has mesh windows on both ends and on one long side, all which can be opened or closed. It also has a large zippered mesh openings on both ends AND on the top UNDER the privacy flap, which is nice. The mesh is a tightly woven "plastic" type mesh that I do not believe my dog could claw/eat through. My 11 pound Maltese Shitzu mix tore through his $171.00 carrier with fabric mesh in about 10 minutes the first time he used it (Seriously). The only problem I have with this carrier is that is collapes a bit (height) when my dog moves around in it much like a duffle bag would. My dog's height is 11.5" and the regular size carrier is a bit to short for him (just an FYI). I wish Kobi would make a "large" size carrier! I am seriously considering having covered flexible rods put in to keep the carrier open (dome-like shaped) to add to the height...THAT'S HOW MUCH I LIKE IT! I could not send this back because it is the best looking carrier I have found to date.

its a nice bag but it droops in the middle
its a nice bag but it droops in the middle. My 5 lb. Chihuahua could not stand straight up in it.
