Bell's Magnesium Sulphate Paste B.P. 50gm by Bells

While sanding my deck railing I made the stupid mistake of rubbing my hand over an unsanded area which resulted in a painful jab on my ring finger right at the joint. I kept working but the pain contiued. On closer inspection i could see a small brown dot embedded under the skin. I poked and prodded in an effort to get that pesky splinter out to the point that my finger swelled and covered the splinter. After some research I found this product and figured i had nothing to loose.Well after 2 days of having the would coated with this and a band aid over it I was able to get it out. it LITERALLY just popped right out with little squeezing.

I was researching how to get a splinter out and found this product. I was weeding without gloves and got a splinter that i couldn't get out for over a week. I was nervous and it was swollen. It was breaking inside and I was afraid it would get lost. Was going to make a Dr appointment and then found this product. I was very skeptical but wore it with a bandaid for 2 days and it actually pulled the splinter out. I couldn't believe it as it was so deep. 2 pieces came out and the swelling went down the next day. Will always make sure I have this in stock. 😊

I have really bad boils and carbuncle and this product i can see is definitely trying to dry them up. The first time i used it i didnt see anything but the second time i used it left on for 30minuts and the boils were going down so far it’s looking good.

Sometimes old country medicine works the best. This product is from Great Britain. It is Mg sulfate ( Epsom salt ) in a paste form to put onto a furuncle ( boil ) on your hinny instead of using a Sitz bath method.

I had an ingrown that caused a boil for two months. I tried EVERYTHING. Tea tree. Castor oil. Warm compressions. Neem oil... onion. Black salve. Nothing .. I used a clean bandaid daily and added it directly to boil. After a couple days of using this it went away

I use the product for a alastrion to my finger. Said the nail would not grow back. It did grow back stronger.

I had a splinter in my hand and tried using this for a whole week, reapplied it everyday and covered it with gauze and nothing happened. Waste of money and time. I really thought this was going to help.

I had a very deep infected splinter in my thumb that would not come out, really annoying, for 4-5 weeks. After trying various other home remedies I used this day and night under a bandaid for a week and the splinter finally popped out. I cleaned the site, soaked it in warm epsom salt water and changed fresh paste twice daily. This stuff is great! I was on the verge of having it removed by a doctor in a hand surgery operating room as it hurt too much to remove myself at home it was that deep and it had been in my thumb so long.

Great for use on boils, just impossible to purchase in 2024, for some unfathomable reason

Very good for drawing out the painful remains of rose thorns, or any infected wound
