Item arrived very quickly and on time. I bought this for my girlfriend as a gift and she loved it, unfortunately when we opened the box the pipe was broken I am hoping this can be resolved and just a new piece could be sent out to me as the rest of the product is all in working order and looks fantastic.

Didn’t come with down stem only bowl and bong

A gift for my brother for his birthday and he loved it :')As far as these things go. Everything was included that you expect. The design on the product its self is very well done!I was worried about it being posted as its glass but plenty of bubble wrap and safe boxing!

I was removing the downstem and the slot head broke...not even 2 months old

Took ages to come, but worth the wait. I haven’t used this yet, but it looks good and seems sturdy. I suggest using rubbing alcohol to clean as its easier. Was really well packaged. I would definitely recommend this
