I wouldn't be happy if the flow rate was any less than what ...
Seeing as they produce these hoses the price could be a little lower. This purchase was a tough one for me to make as the price was so high. I did not buy this hose for the "foodsafe drinkable water" benefits of it. I purchases it because I wanted a lightweight hose to use with my grinding machines and around the yard. When dragging traditional hoses across the floor they get caught on corners, are heavy, and do not move with the machine. This hose is light, doesn't get stuck on corners, and moves with my machines very well. DO BUY the 5/8" version. I wouldn't be happy if the flow rate was any less than what the 5/8" ID provides. For being a 100' hose I was surprised at how easy it was to roll up. Almost effortless compared to a high grade rubber hose (Sears Craftsman) that I am used to.

Too heavy and stiff
The Water Right hoses are absolutely the best. But this 75' 600 series is a beast. Get the 400 or 500 series unless you want to wrestle with a giant Anaconda every time you try to use the hose. The 600 series might be ok for a 25' hose or a hose that you don't often move.

It is pricey, but sometimes you get what you pay for
I have been using this hose for several months now. I love it so much I am pondering buying another one. I will add, this the third type of nontoxic garden hose I've tried, and it is the best by far. The other ones got mildewy on the outside pretty quickly, and one, a slim hose from a high profile gardening supply company, split after one season of use. But the Water Right still looks like new, and it doesn't kink.

Get this over the more narrow version for good pressure
I like the hose a lot - very light, seems sturdy. In my experience, this version s that is 5/8" has significantly better pressure than the 1/2" version.

Returned
I had to return this item even though it is easier to handle than the hoses I usually buy, it was still too difficult for my wife and I to handle. I could Not rate the hose down because of my preference or physical abilities at 72. I exchanged it for the 1/2" and am extremely happy that Amazon honored my exchange. I already have one of these 1/2" hoses that I purchased 2 1/2 years ago and have had zero problems with it.

Worth the Money
It's expensive for a hose. However, it's light weight, extremely durable and kinks fall out easily. I like to use those self winding hose reels. I like how they work, but they are cheaply made. Regular hoses are heavy and will strip the gears. This hose rewinds easily and doesn't over tax the gears. I'm glad I bought it.

Good!
I’ve had the hose for a month and still happy with it! I tried 4 different hoses in our automatic hose rewinder and storage box. This one is the only one that didn’t leak and was light enough to wind properly. The outside is a little sticky which was the only challenge during the winding process but overall not a big deal. Definitely the most I’ve ever paid for a hose but I was shocked by how many hoses on the market have dangerous chemicals (literally the packaging on some say “known to cause cancer and birth defects”). With my kids using the hose for sprinklers and growing vegetables...it’s worth it to me!

Beauty is only skin deep
This is beautiful. I mean, who has an eggplant colored hose? I so very much wanted to like this despite the negative reviews but that was not to be. The material wants to stick to itself for one thing so that alone keeps it from being easy to use. The main thing is that it is not cooperative. It wants to do just wants it wants which is to coil up exactly as it had been coiled up previously so it’s tedious putting it to bed. Good luck trying to pick up the whole thing and coil it up tight as in to get it back in the box it came in. It was pretty much Whack a Mole. Pretty, expensive, pugilistic.

A great hassle-free hose, a bit pricey though...
Yes, this hose is ridiculously expensive and there's no getting around that; however, this is definitely the best hose you will ever own. Fully charged with water, I have no issues carrying the entire 100' hose... can't say that with a rubber hose.I typically use this hose with an electric pressure washer and sometimes a firehose nozzle. I haven't experienced any issues yet and any kinks from the line folding disappear by unbending the section with the kink (it will pop back to it's original shape with no trace of kink).Since rubber and PVC hoses can last a really long time when properly cared for, there really isn't much reason to drop this much change on a hose like this. On the other hand, if you're really lazy like me and don't like dealing with kinks and heavy hoses... this is the perfect hose for you.

Kinky hose
This hose kinks like crazy. Can’t put it on a reel, kinks continuously when you roll it. Heavy not easy to manoeuvre. A lot of money for hose that kinks so much. To late to return. Looks nice. Guess will use it for something.

Good product.
Good quality hose that is drinking water safe and also came in purple which is my wife's favorite color. Feels like it will last a very long time, quite thick and heavy duty.

Je ne sais pas s’il va être durable
Le produit semble fragile et est trop dispendieux pour sa qualité.
