We use this with Liphatech bait stations, ABSOLUTELY SATISFIED.As long as I keep the bait stations filled, we have ZERO problems!Bait station at the generator, by the skid steer, in the feed room, in the warehouse, clean room and shipping container. Rodents LOVE this stuff, and go straight to it prior to damaging anything in or around the bait station (like chewing wires, or inventory etc).Rodents are a problem EVERYWHERE.This product has singlehandedly removed that problem from my life for the last several years. I'm just writing this review because I was shocked to see only one other. I get this product is expensive. ITS WORTH IT.
