Quality and finish is terrible.
This was a Christmas present for my daughter. After a day, I noticed that 2 of the 3 zippers on the case came off because they derailed off the zipline. When I inspected, I realised the quality was shocking-there were no metallic barriers at the end of each zipline to stop the zips come off. Additionally, the zips can't be fitted back on because the backing plastic of the case prevents access to the start of the rails. See photos. Terrible quality and my daughter most upset.

Doesn't look like the photos and I bought this twice the first time returned as the zip broke but my little one wanted it. Broke slightly with the zip again but we decided to just keep it. We requested one that looks exactly like the pic but nothing - also the price has increased from the first time we bought it by £1.
