Charming cookbook
Edible Flowers: A Kitchen Companion is a very charming, well photographed small book with lovely recipes using flowers, blossoms from herbs and the herbs to brighten up many recipes, and make them look lovely. I'm going to make Kitty Morse's baked salmon with the borage raita this week.

Beautiful to look at and hold
This is a little gem of a book! Kitty Morse's books always feature gorgeous photography and exquisite layout, fascinating information and delicious recipes, clearly explained. But this one is a special little treasure! Beautiful to look at and hold, wonderful to just read through--the perfect gift! Try especially the Lavender Shortbread or the Arugula Arugula Bisque!
