Kept Me Sane During COVID!
Kettlebell workouts have been critical stress relief for me and my friends during the pandemic. I've had several of Taco's books (Fundamentals, as well as Workouts & Challenges 1.0 & 2.0) sitting on a shelf at home for a few years, but when gyms closed here in Los Angeles it was a catalyst to start working through them seriously. The material is easy to follow and there's a great variety of programming that's kept me entertained, enhanced mobility, and helped to build strength - bonus is that swinging a kettlebell makes it so much easier to swing my ~40 lb three year old who's constantly begging to be thrown in the air :-DI got stoked enough about kettlebell workouts that I've started hosting a weekly 'Sunday Funday Caveman WOD' with some of the guys in my neighborhood - we're having enough fun being backyard animals that it's hard to see wanting to go back to the gym once COVID passes. Thank you!

Este libro es una bendición. Aquí les explico el por qué de esta afirmación.Llevo ya casi cuatro años desde que conocí las Pesas Rusas (Kettlebells) y, para ese entonces, hubiera deseado encontrar un texto en español sobre este tema (cosa que es casi que imposible de hacer, ya que casi todo lo referente a Pesas Rusas están escrito en Ruso o Inglés).Taco Fleur ha logrado compilar y sintetizar muchos conceptos fundamentales en su libro el cual, de manera clara y concisa, nos guía a través de cosas tan sencillas partiendo desde cómo entender los beneficios de entrenar con Kettlebells, siguiendo por la anatomía del Kettlebell y finalizando con los tres movimientos básicos que se deben dominar en el uso de las Pesas Rusas, todo esto aunado a una agradecida sección con ejercicios de estiramiento.Es necesario señalar que el libro, siendo una traducción de un texto en inglés, aún mantiene ciertos términos en ese idioma, lo que en actualidad no debería ser un agravante, no más para los más puristas del español.Sin más, quiero recalcar que este texto es necesario para todos los que deseen incursionar en el mundo las Pesas Rusas y no saben por dónde comenzar.

Engaging and informative
I enjoyed reading this book on many levels. It is passionately written, it is funny, personable and relatable, but it is also a very valuable, thought-provoking reference book, based on years of practical experience. It is a superb book for a kettlebell enthusiast as well as a useful fuel for thought for a kettlebell and fitness coach.I have followed Taco's work before finding this book and I knew that it would be a valuable resource even before I bought it. The book didn't disappoint. It is full of interesting tidbits and Taco's own inventions and conclusions that helped in further refining my own coaching philosophy and methods. Whether you agree with everything in the book 100%, or not, Taco presents his thoughts and methods in such a way as to provide a starting point and a useful framework to enable and inspire the reader to experiment and find out the right way for themselves.All in all, I am a better athlete and coach after reading this book. Thanks Taco!

Solid, interesting, advanced, but maybe too dependent on links to external resources
I am glad I read this book because Taco Fleur is an expert. This book isn't for beginners. It makes a lot of assumptions but also gives a lot of advice. Maybe best suited for trainers.

This is a great book.
Taco Fleur illustrates and explains in detail the proper technique for beneficial kettlebell training. He has become an internet sensation and is viewed world wide on social media. I really enjoy his instruction and motivation regarding kettlebell use in his book: Kettlebell Training Fundamentals.

Great Instruction
Kettlebell workout are challenging; providing cardio, strength and resistance. Before reading this book I only know the swing and goblet squat. I’ve enjoyed the book it’s full of detail, guidance and clear direction. Ready to get started.

A must in your Kettlebell fitness library.
I think buying this book is well worth it. It provides descriptions of the many styles of grips and movements that any newbie, or not-so-newbie, would find helpful. The chapters also include everything from proper progression for kettlebell weight to how to identify aches and pains from improper form. I highly recommend it. And go check out Caveman Training online. Taco Fleur is a wealth of information.

Just what i have been looking for
Phenominal book. Not long started kettlebells myself. Working to becoming a kb couch. And have been looking for something to guide the more intricate parts of kb training. And this is the one. Alot of good information.One of the things for me when buying a book is first looking at the contents page. If there is alot of content and each one is relevent to your studies then it is a good book. And this book has it all.For anyone who is starting off or wants to fine tune your skills this is the book to buy.Without a doubt, i will be buying the rest of taco fluers books.

The new Kettlebell bible. You need this!
Great book, after teaching and using Kettlebells for years, I still found relevant and helpful information in this book. Taco explains everything in an easy way to understand so great for anyone new to Kettlebell lifting. Definite must have for your collection. Teaching points and cues are spot on. Great job Taco .
