In active acne, treatment with the derma roller should be completely avoided, as bacteria can be spread throughout the face and the condition can worsen. 4 steps for micro nesting at home. 1. PREPARATION This step is particularly important as the needles penetrate the skin and must of course be completely germ-free. The skin is prepared with a thorough cleansing, for example with a gel or cleaning lotion. Do not use skin irritating exfoliations. Optionally, a serum with vitamin C or hyaluronic acid can be applied with the derma roller before use. 2. Treatment. Roll the derma roller over the skin with gentle pressure. The feeling should still be considered pleasant and not painful. Rolls up alternately vertically, horizontally and diagonally - starting from the outside inside. Repeat up to 10 times per skin area. Slight redness is normal during use. 3. According to the micro needling If you have not applied a serum before dermarolling, the skin is best nourished with a moisturising and soothing facial cream.  4. After treatment. Wash the derma roller under running water and allow to dry completely. Finally, spray the derma roller again with a disinfection spray.
