XL, thin beam design. They feel great to work with, fit fasteners with great precision and are made in Germany. The set does skip some important sizes though so be prepared to order a few sizes separately. The feel reminds the user of the i-beam shape of the Stahlwille wrenches but the finish is much coarser than Stahlwille. One thing the user will notice is that wrenches with old logo will be in the set alongside wrenches with the new logo. Gedore includes a card explaining this will continue until the wrenched with the old logo have been phased out. This does not take away from the fact that these are excellent wrenches. I ended up buying individual wrenches also available from amazon.de to complete the set with the missing sizes.
