First impression left me disappointed, to be fair it is as described in that you have a case and a battery which are able to attach and detach by magnetism. I bought the red one for my wife and she loves the color. But it is way more bulky now than I like. Definitely never would have purchased in a real store after seeing a display model. Its size makes it look bad to other people and it feels bad in your hand. The new battery had 91% charge at the time it was opened and it was placed on a phone with 30% battery life left. The new battery was at ~80% and the phone was at ~34%. I do not think this is great, thats about 40% recharge at 10:4 for external battery drain to iPhone battery charge. Even if that is helpful in a crisis or in general everyday use, the description says you should get a full charge off it so there's an issue I have with this product and company which now may see the unit returned. ($40 dollars can get you a bunch of stuff on amazon) I chose this particular brand because it has a warranty, 30 days guarantee and 12 month manufacture...As a product that isn't being produced by many manufacturers or companies I was a little wary to buy. I will find out soon how their customer service stacks up and will update. Good customer service is a great way to build trust between customers and sellers, I will update once I have experienced what theirs is like.

the case looks great on first sight and fits my iphone xr perfectly the battery attach does make it twice as thick and probably three times as heavy, but it is a battery pack. I will say the case doesn't appear to offer too much screen protection. looks more like a low profile case than protective case. Battery cam 85% charged and was at 100% withing 30 minutes of charging it. will update if any issues arise

This is not for everybody you need patience other than that is very functional and nice to wear

Great to have a battery back up, however it’s a little bulky would be nice if the battery was noticeably thinner so you can put it in your pocket if needed
