Simply having the package on my porch burned 400 calories and increased my fitness. No seriously- I researched a bit- for the price, with the anchor, and the sheathed rope, this seems to be one of the better deals on amazon. Used it 5 times this week. Smoked. Holds up. I'm 6'5 230lbs never battle roped before and I got the 40ft 1.5 dia one and Its a smoker. I am so glad I didn't get the 2 in one. I probably couldn't even make it. I am somewhat athletic, but this thing is a whole new level. Loving it. Hope it holds up. seems to be doing great after 5 workouts.

I love the Rope I get a great workout but why in the world would you sell a product with an anchor and no installation instructions? That's really a big issue for me. If you're planning to mount this permanently I guess you just have to use trial and error. Not a great idea. I'm going to purchase a rope Loop type of attachment instead for fear of screwing up my house with the anchor that is provided. Somebody might want to let the manufacturers know this is a big issue.

Came with the kit only, NOT the rope. Even though the description talks of a battle rope. Wouldn't even ship me the rope either, so I'm sending the kit back.

Good to have for stamina training. I love sports and focus on building muscles. The battle rope is very convenience to hook up and use, I put it into my garage and use it on a daily basis, the weight and handle are perfect for me. I would suggest it to all sports lovers.

I purchased them during the COVID period. I wanted something to do at the house since the gyms were closed. Now that the gyms are open, I still use them at home for a quick shoulder and cardio type of workout. Great purchase.
