I like that the straw telescopes so the container can be small. But the removable tip has to be kept separately in a little zip bag which is a hassle when trying to find it in my purse. Company should look into the built-in tip design other reusable straws have. (you must have a soft tip so you don't chip a tooth!)

I previously reviewed this straw badly because it had a problem (see below). The seller fixed the problem. They work fine now.I originally returned the straws for a refund, which I received. Then the seller got in touch with me. He was very upset about the bad review, and wanted to fix the problem. He set his engineers to work and they tightened up the action of the straw. They sent me two new straws (Full Disclosure: for free) and I am happy to report that these new straws do not collapse when wet. They are fairly stiff to pull and extend when dry, but they work fine. They come with a nice aluminum capsule for keeping the straw clean, and include a little telescoping brush to clean it out. They also have soft silicone that you can put on the straw to protect your teeth. The silicone tips are too wide to fit in the carrying capsule, so they have to be taken off the straw and carried separately. But all together, it's a good product and it seems like a competitive price.Old Review: When this telescoping straw is dry, it slides with resistance and stays open when you open it. When it’s wet - its constant condition while you use it - the smallest section collapses closed at the slightest touch. So it’s effectively useless. Returned.

I got this for my daughter to use. It's perfect for us since we are big on environment, I show her how the plastic straw will pollute the ocean, and hurt the world, and it's not good for us in long run, and she is happy to use a metal straw. I love this straw because its collapsible, I have other metal straws at home that's too long, and collapsible make it easy to carry around. Simply just throw it in my purse and thats all. Washing is easy, they included 2 collapsible cleaning brushes, I must say, the cleaning brushes is so well quality and well built, it looks nothing like those cheap brush at target or Walmart. I m .very happy with this purchase.

Here around my place, those restaurants used banned plastic straws from being available in their lobbies such as McDonald's , KFC... and they're only available when you request them from someone who works at particular restaurants. I've bought these straws so i will have one always with me , I keep it on my key chain and they work incredible, I pull it out of the aluminum case and it immediately constructs itself and it's also easy to clean and very durable. Really nice reusable collapsible straw,this price two sets worth the money. Highly recommended.

It came with a nice bag for carrying the straw!I have been using it at my work place and everyone like the idea of it!To clean the straw is very handy with the brush that came with it!Also it came with optional plastic tips for people who like a soft touch with the straw but not for me :)Fast Shipment! Absolutely love the product! Can't imagine how many trees are being cut down just for us the human. The product is easy to use, clean and I basically bring it everywhere. This is an awesome way to be green and I'm thinking about getting another one for my girlfriend now.

Come on people, do your part by sticking this on a key chain and using it. No need to spend billions to pick straws out of turtle's noses. Spend $10, show your friends you care and make a difference! The right thing.
