This product is a rip off. After following directions which were minimal to activate SIM card, install app and active tracker after waiting 72 hours for SIM card to connect, the tracker does not work. The app shows the tracker not enabled and not connected but will show a location on the map. I have attempted several times outside of amazon to contact the manufacturer in Hong Kong and was not successful. I highly do not recommend this product especially since there is no product support. Hopefully, contactacting through amazon will provide more favorable results like a 100% refund. This product is a waste of time.

This product is TRASH!! I set it up and even gave it time to try and get it to work. The sim card is activated yet the device tracker does not work. The app shows the tracker "offline or not enabled" but will show a location on the map that's just lost when you try to live track the screen goes blank...

It never finished the sync. Lost the money for the prepaid SIM card and had to pay return shipping out of pocket.

It is a excellent product , works with 3g/4g data SIM Card

This mini gps tracker is excellent, not only waterproof but it can work in many parts. Don't worry my dog missing any more.

So mini a cute GPS tracker, easy to use, the waterproof function let the dogs run feely and cats can adventure anywhere.the most important thing is you can know them everywhere.

It is just right for a puppy.You don't need to buy another collar.it is easy to throw a collar around the dog's neck.it is more accurate to locate the puppy outdoors by GPS. It is easy to know the location of the puppy by mobile phone.

Do not buy this GPS Tracker. I Purchased one and they will charge you min of $5.00 a month to keep the sims card activated. My mistake was not ordering it on Amazon.
