5 Stars for excellent Customer service. Just wish the dimensions were properly listed in the item description. The width is only 5 1/2 inches. So, although it is well constructed, sturdy and looks great on our balcony, your pots must be very tiny to fit. If you are simply going to plant directly into the box using coconut fiber or such, or you want to use it to hold plants inside of pots that are under 5 1/2 inches in diameter, then it will work great and look lovely.

Screws are so small they can turn through holes..wingnuts too large for screw ..Love how finished product looks but hubby had to use plastic ties to mount to banister...and it was not his project to fix..

I like the container. It’s stylish and attached easily to my railing. The downside is the screws were so short difficult to get them in some of the holes and difficult to tighten. Hence make do to be able to use.

I purchased 3 planters .. only 1 had all the hardware. The pre-made holes some were not accessible as the scrolling was partly obscuring the screw from going thru properly .. I will have to go to the hardware store and get screws to finish them :( The screws and nuts are very small and hard to manipulate

Check for hardware as soon it arrives. Mine only has the ability to secure to railing on one side. The other side had no hardware. Glad I didn't give it as a Xmas gift. Bought in October, too late to return.

Very poor quality.The screws that came with it were too small. Full assembly required. I didn't send it back since I liked the looks of it.

Nice product. Could use 2 washers for under the wingnuts.
