Comfortable once you have got used to wearing them
Just slightly smaller than a size 6 shoe and a little bit thicker than I would like Felt a little tight when I first put them in but after a short while they were fine , In fact my feet feel better and less pain in my knees and back I’ve only been wearing them for a few days

Great product, but make it clear that your sizes are US sizes
Sellers, you need to show the UK sizes as you’re selling them in the UK. Please change your description, e.g I ordered size 6-6.5 and received US 6-6.5 which is equivalent to UK 4-4.5.

Item not true to size on arrival.
I am very disappointed with these in size. I have a pair of same brand insoles and these are stated 6/6.5 but are more like a 5 and don’t reach my roes hence uncomfortable. I would like an exchange or refund but seller states non refundable.

Hurt my feet
I bought them for arch support because I suffer from plantar fasciitis this insoles were super uncomfortable and they hurt when walking with them. I finished returning this item.

Best Ortho Insert
The arches have collapsed on both of my feet leaving me with debilitating over-pronation. I had $300 inserts made for my sneakers but they didn't fit in any of my other shoes. These were perfect. I went down one size and they fit perfectly in all of my shoes. Now keep in mind, these offer firmness which is what I needed. They aren't memory foam. Memory foam wouldn't give my foot the arch support I need. I also like the moisture-wicking cover so I can comfortably wear barefoot.

These are great!
I have plantar fasciitis and was looking for a good insert and bought these. They are very comfortable and offer the support I need. Also, I went to a very expensive sneaker specialty store after I had already purchased and these were there and are what they were recommending I use.
