These do not fit a 2006 Tundra
The flanges are oriented in a side to side configuration and there is no "grab lip" on the outside of the bed on a 2006 Toyota Tundra, the flanges need to be front and back and there is no way to use this equipment as shipped. But beyond that, the hardware is nicely built.
