On my first install I used the included instructional video with no luck on the Fingerprint Sensor. Phone looked great and seemed great for a couple of days aside from the lack of functional fingerprint sensor. After a couple of days I removed it to try again.After a couple of days I tried to install the second one with some methods found online which involved pressing the fingerprint sensor down during the install. This install seemingly went perfectly again, but again no luck with the fingerprint sensor.I just continue to get an error telling me to press harder but I physically couldn't press harder and it still wouldn't read my fingerprint at all. Tried deleting my fingerprints and adding them again but I continue to get the same error.I contacted the company twice to get some advice to see if they could recommend anything aside from the linked video but never got a response either time.Overall I'm pretty disappointed with my whole experience. For me the protectors haven't seemed to work at all with the fingerprint sensor. And the fact that my attempts to get any help from the seller were completely ignored just adds insult to injury.I do feel like they'd be great without the in screen fingerprint sensor. I've installed a few of these style of protectors and these guys provide plenty of glue and the install went really well. I will mention however that the light they provided was not the one pictured in their listing and not amazing.

It works, BUT it's verry verry easy to mess it up! I wasted the first screen I tried to put on as there were lots of air bubbles trapped under the center of the screen. Makes a huge mess trying to clean up all the glue. The glass is a little too narrow, so you see the edges in you screen. I'll be buying a much more expensive but better fitting screen protector pretty soon. It will work in a pinch though. Just not real pleased with the fitment.

First of all, let me just say - I have no complaints. During shipment, one of them got damaged, but within 20 minutes of reaching out to the seller, I was provided with a tracking number for the replacement. Anyway, on to the product itself: As long as you follow the video instructions, it is a pretty quick installation process. Afterwards, you have a glass screen protector that fits my S10 PERFECTLY, and allows for use of the ultrasonic in-display fingerprint reader. The glass feels nice, and not flimsy, or cheap. All in all, I was surprised by the excellent quality of the screen protector for such a reasonable price.

Warning they do not include anything to prevent liquid from getting in the phone and it will mess up your expensive phone up alot causing it to turn off automatically so please cover it with something to protect it near the top speaker and the bottom one

Waste of time and money tempered glass came off easy within 4 days of use ,inaccuracy with touch and oh don't get me started on the finger print sensor out of 5 tries you may get lucky to unlock your phone once

Doesn't actually cover the screen completely. Really close though and bubbles formed after I installed exactly as the video said. Decent I guess but I am going to have to buy another one.

Glue wasn't very good not a good fit it took 2 of the four to get one to fit.(they were curved out of the box) low quality
