Great!
I took this on a five day backpacking trip on Catalina Island. I'm a side sleeper and sleep with two body pillows at home. Not having one has always been the more uncomfortable part about travelling and backpacking. I'm 5 foot 2 inches tall, so the length worked fine for me and the thickness was nice. I enjoyed the soft material on the top of it. It was also nice to have something bigger to lay up against when just relaxing. It also is lightweight and was negligible in the overall weight of my pack.Update: I took this on a three week trip visiting family in Italy and Boston. I stayed at Airbnbs, people's homes, hotels, etc. and this was awesome to have! It easily fit in my carry on. I don't check bags, so every item is carefully planned and packed.

Not that long or comfortable. Okayish
It’s somewhat noisy, like a balloon covered in cloth and not that adaptable to one’s shape. It does pack well and is light to travel. Better than not having it but not great for me.

5 stars for my new favorite backpacking accessory!
I took this pillow with me on a five day, four night backpacking trip in the northern Cascades this summer and what a great addition to my pack it was!! I’m an outdoors and backpacking enthusiast, but I also have low back problems, and therein lies the dilemma: how does one sleep in a backpacking tent on the ground with chronic back pain? I used this pillow as a knee bolster while lying on my back, and then as a pillow for between the knees while side sleeping. It was a lifesaver! The pillow truly was feather light and took up very little space. It was also super soft, easy to deflate, and easy to repack. Definitely recommend!

As described. No complaints.
“Body pillow” is a stretch, but its great for travel. It is narrow and long. I can hug it when on my side and just barely get it tucked between my knees. Its a bit noisy, but not a deal breaker. Its great to hug and lean against at a window seat on a plane. I wish it had a coordinating pillow case so it didn't actually have to touch the plane, as the fabric side cannot be wiped down easily. If I was skilled I could sew my own cover. All in all, it works and is lightweight. Its basic for travel, but more luxurious seeming for hostels and camping.

Great Knee Pillow
I spent months looking for a good knee pillow for travel. I found so little in the market that I even went to the trouble of designing my own and looking for a company to prototype a version. Then I found the featherlight. I’m 6’5” and the pillow easily supports my knees and ankles. It is very easy to inflate and can be adjusted to personal preference in terms of firmness. I think the stuff sack could be a bit larger because it is difficult to repack, but otherwise it is a great tool to have for side sleeping away from home.

Greta product until it leaked.
This was a great idea for a side sleeper going camping - simple, long enough, soft enough. And it was… for a couple trips. And then it started leaking. I patched the first one, but then there was a second.Long story short, the company needs to make the air bladder out of stronger materials for this use.

Not even close to body pillow length.
This is just a little longer than a standard pillow. It is not body pillow size. It's my fault for not reading the dimensions but it also should not be called a body pillow.

Surprisingly nice!
I've been using a memory foam body pillow to help reduce pressure on an injured knee while sleeping (I'm a side sleeper), but I had a business trip coming up where it wasn't practical to bring that along. Decided to give this inflatable travel-friendly version a try, and I was (pleasantly!) surprised to find that it worked quite nicely. Deflated size is small and flat, and was easy to fit in my bag for the trip. Inflating the pillow most of the way before hopping into bed at the hotel and then opening the valve to deflate until the support felt comfortable was simple and worked well for me. No knee pain while I was sleeping on that trip, so I was pleased with pillow's performance.
