Every single stage in our process is designed to ensure the best-possible-tasting cacao beans go into our chocolate bars. OUR PROCESS: ✔ We only source and trade 100% organic, cadmium-free, mold-free, synthetic-chemical-free beans that undergo a very careful harvesting, fermentation, drying, and multi-stage hand-selection process. ✔ Almost-perfect cacao beans arrive at our facility in Bogota where we make additional inspections and analysis before creating a carefully designed roasting curve. ✔ We stone grind for 24-48hrs, then add the organic cane sugar and grind for an additional 24hrs for a total of 48-72hrs. ✔ We only add additional cacao butter, which we produce ourselves from our own cacao beans (in a separate process), if necessary. ✔ The end result is a smooth and creamy chocolate bar that´s low on sugar and quite nutritious. Very good but very expensive
It's the best chocolate I've had that was this dark (the best chocolate ever i had on a flight from Vienna to Switzerland)I will probably buy it again for special occasions

Generous with two stars
I love dark chocolate, but this does not even taste like chocolate. Difficult breaking down in your pallet. I have had other 90% cocoa chocolate which were much better. Would not buy again. Maybe use the balance of bar for cooking. Maybe this is excellent for others, but not my chocolate taste buds.
