Mechanical Gaming Keyboard Keyswitches Tester - Switch Testing Tool (Khail Box (x4))

A little annoying that the whole switch gets pulled out of the acrylic when you try to take the clear key caps off, but it doesn't really matter. The product has a good range of Cherry switches together with dampening rings so I was able to find the switch + ring combo I prefer (MX Blue non dampened btw). It's also a good fidgeting nik nak (especially the keys with clearly defined actuation points). Would recommend for anyone who doesn't have a computer store they can go down to and try all the different switch types.

This is a acrylic block with with four Gateron switches (blue, red, black, brown). If you're thinking about buying a Gateron keyboard, this will let you get a feel for the tactile feedback of these four different Gateron switches. You can pop them out of the acrylic block and put them back in a different order, if you want. I have not checked to see if these are functioning switches. It looks like they are, but I don't have a keyboard (yet) so I can't check them.

This switch tester works like a charm! I’ve been meaning to buy one of these to get a feel for some of the switches in the tester and make a decision as to which one I prefer the most. One thing I really liked about this tester is that you can remove the switches from the clear case to give it a closer look. I appreciate that feature quite a bit.

The Switches are removable. The base has a nice heft. Keycaps feel like pbt. One Complaint is that the switches feel sticky after a while.

As the other reviews said - both the keycaps and switches can be easily removed with a bit of pressure, and snap back right into place. The switches are accurate. Great tool to help people figure out what kind of switch suits them best.

Decent quality, doesn’t feel like trash but doesn’t feel very sturdy either. Better than some other key switch testers I’ve tried.
