For the money, the sound isn't "tinny" but it is from a small speaker, so not much mid and no bass.I don't like things in my ears, so having this hands-free device while driving is great.

I really like the overall performance, although the lag time causing poor lip sync can be annoying at times.But the WORST part of the product is the opening size to slip on the neck. I am now on my second one because no matter how careful I am on putting on and taking off, the opening is too small. This causes you to have to stress the band to the point it eventually cracks and then totally breaks. They need to make the opening larger or the bank flexible. Do that and they have a 5 STAR product.

I use this while I’m at work so I can listen to my music. It usually lasts my entire 10 hour shift - I do turn it off at lunch and I pause it whenever someone is talking to me (I don’t have to, it’s just the way I was raised.) I can still hear people talking - and more importantly: machines - over the music with it on. Love it!

What a joke. Within one week I had to use tape because the plastic broke during very normal podcast listening. Now, the thing won't charge at all and is useless. If the warranty exists, and I do not believe it does, you won't get yours because even Amazon cannot find the seller info. There IS NO WARRANTY OR SELLER INFO, even Amazon can't find it. Ripoff.

Update: Amazing support. They honored the 1-year warranty. I got a new one 3 days after I contacted the vendor about my issue. I really like this device and super happy to have it back.I listen to audible books so it is perfect for that. As stated in other reviews it has very very limited base. So far the battery has been doing well but I am only on the 5th charge. So far it has been lasting around 7-8 hours of continuous use.Almost 90 days later. The electronics inside are going strong. The casing is now held together by Gorilla Tape. I can't even wear a watch I am hard on my body and anything I wear. So not going to give it fewer stars for my own hard wear and tear. So far its cracked in half at the back of the neck and the right mirrored part has popped out and has broken. All fixed by tape.90 days later.It was the charging connector to the mainboard pins that broke. The plastic housing does not support the connector enough and relies on the mainboard solder connection to withstand the day to day in and out connection to charge the device.If I was to purchase another one I would want it to be lower profile onto my neck/shoulders and some option to make sure it does not fall off my neck. I would not want to give up any of the battery power to achieve this, however.

Plastic is hard sound not very good

This is a very unique product. Like having your own sound theater around your neck.Actually I bought these for my 9-year-old son who plays games on weekends and no school day. I go to call him and he's got on the gaming headset and cant hear me when I'm calling him. So this works great! Its loud enough to where he can hear his friends online but not loud enough to ignore me. Five stars.

The sound quality is nice. My problem is that it doesn't fit. I bought this for my husband but it doesn't fit around his neck. He gave it to me to try and it doesn't fit around my neck either. Our teenage boy couldn't fit in it either. You can't bend it or try to squish your neck in it without possibly breaking it. They are not flexible. So if you have a big head, don't bother.
