Easy to read
These test strips are great. Used the first one on day 1 of starting keto and of course showed no trace fast forward to day 4 and check out the picture for results! In ketosis on the morning of day 4. They are easy to read and have a one year expiration date.

do not work
these do not work..I am doing Atkins the past cpl weeks....the strip consistentlys show a color not on the scale. .and I know when I am in ketosis..have done this a few times before..there are other signs..odor of urine...TRUEplus works..going back to them..they work..was trying to save some money..but..we know how that can go...

LOVE these strips! Settled on these after reading reviews for many brands on Amazon. The price was right the reviews were great so I trusted they would be good quality. They're fantastic!! They are sensitive to detecting changes based on what I eat so I think they work great!

Always says negative
I stay under 20 carbs/day and have for over a year it still says negative. I fasted for 3 days and it all says negative. So, basically these are worthless.

FAST Delivery!
Product came quickly in the mail, simple to use. Useful when you have been utilizing intermittent fasting and keto diet, to see when you are actually in “keto”. Encourages me to stick to it!

They were nearly expired when they arrived. Which I know means nother but when they have a shelf life of two years I need better quality control.
