A: Well, It's a pound of roasted barley. The shipping weight...who knows!!! I wouldn't worry about it.

A: Says on the bag made in China packaged in Korea. Also comes with a heavy metal warning via CA prop 65.

A: I don't know. The package does not say so. Sorry!

**Q: What is barley tea for?**
A: It is a tisane. A non-tea “tea”. There are health benefits, but I drink it because I like the grainy and nutty taste. It makes for a tasty alternative to tea and coffee.
